Bangers and mash

What you need to have

A frying pan

A big saucepan

Sausages

A Potato masher

4 Potatoes

¼ cup of milk

Margarine

A Kettle

A Potatoe peelers

A sharp knife

A Strainer

Cheese

Other veggies that you might want

What you need to do

1) Prick sausages with a fork

2) Cook sausages in frying pan or under the grill

3) Turn sausages so they cook all over

4) Cut sausage open to see if they’re cooked. It should be the same colour all the way through, and be harder to press on that when you put them in the pan.

5) Fill kettle with water and boil

6) Peel potatoes and chop into ¼ pieces

7) Fill saucepan with boiled water heat on stove until boiling again

8) Add potatoes to boiling water, and cook until soft (about 15mins), test by putting a fork or knife into them

9) Drain the water out of the potatoes

10) Add margarine and dash of milk and mash potatoes until they’re not lumpy
